Accounting · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Best value in the local market

We switched from a pricier tool and honestly have not missed anything. It does exactly what we needed.

Pros

Rand annual pricing; automated IFRS for SMEs statements.

27 October 2025

Accounting · 201–500 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Outgrew it faster than expected

The occasional standards update needs you to refresh templates. For very large or complex groups it can feel lighter than the enterprise tools. The core is good, the execution frustrates.

Cons

A very complex consolidation stretched it.

Accounting · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 2+ years

Good, with a few honest gripes

The working paper structure walks our juniors through a proper process step by step. It covers compilations, reviews and audits in one package for our small practice. Four stars, support costs it the fifth.

Pros

Great value for a small practice; rand annual pricing; compilation, review and audit in one.

Cons

Occasional template refreshes.

Support let us down when it mattered

We compared a few options before committing. A few advanced disclosures still need manual attention. For very large or complex groups it can feel lighter than the enterprise tools.

Cons

A very complex consolidation stretched it.
