Construction · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Durban support that knows our file

Dependable software that dresses plainly. New bookkeepers rarely arrive knowing it, training falls to us. The system runs happily on modest hardware, no server upgrade demanded.

Good but not perfect for our Springs team

The engine is proven, the presentation is vintage. Remote access needs remote desktop or hosting arrangements. Processing speed on the local database beats every browser system we tested.

Pros

Durban support that knows your file

Cons

Online integrations need bridging

The quiet workhorse of our East London business

The quote for our whole setup undercut the big names by half. The switch model means you never pay for features you do not run. Job costing shows margins per job to the cent.

Pros

Honest local pricing

Wholesale · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for Less than 6 months

Doing the job for us in East London

We switched on job costing the month our factory needed it and paid only for that switch. Bill of materials handles our light manufacturing without ceremony. It has earned its decades and our loyalty.

Pros

Feature switches instead of forced editions; works through load shedding

The upgrade path with no migrations

The branch consolidation switch unified our two stores without a project. The system runs happily on modest hardware, no server upgrade demanded. Our books run on Durban software and we like it that way.
