The reporting sells itself

We moved across from our previous system last year. Consolidating our three entities across currencies used to take a week, now it is continuous. Renewed without hesitation.

Pros

Multi entity consolidation that just runs

Our business works across KZN from Umhlanga. Month end went from ten days to four once the automation settled in. The dimensional ledger lets us report by branch, project and customer without a monster chart of accounts. It does exactly what we needed.

Pros

Multi currency handled well; strong AP and order to cash automation.

Financial Controller · Cape Town Mining Supplies

3 December 2024

Too many small irritations

We run a mining operation in Cape Town. It is a proper step up in price from small business accounting, you feel it. We are weighing up alternatives.

Fine for the basics, thin at the edges

Typical the Free State business, tight margins, no time to waste. AP automation killed most of the manual capture that ate our month end. Some SA specific bits needed configuration rather than working out of the box.

Four stars, support costs it the fifth

We moved across from our previous system last year. Dashboards give the board real numbers on demand instead of a scramble before every meeting. Implementation needs a good partner and real project discipline. Watching the annual price though.

Managing Director · Reddy Agri

Agriculture · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Happy overall, watching the cost

Revenue recognition that used to live in a spreadsheet is now in the system and auditable. It is more than a small single entity business will ever use. Four stars, support costs it the fifth.

Cons

Implementation took two quarters to bed down; clear step up in cost.
