Financial Manager · Gqeberha Manufacturing

9 May 2026

Manufacturing · 201–500 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Bills of material tied to the books

I look after this for our team in Gqeberha. Inventory across three warehouses reconciles without the month end panic. Bills of material and work orders tie straight back to the general ledger. Renewed without hesitation.

Pros

Single view across branches; bills of material and work orders.

Cons

Powerful not pretty interface.

Financial Manager · Heritage Mining Supplies

12 November 2025

Mining · 500+ employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Mostly smooth, occasionally frustrating

We compared a few options before committing. Multi company and multi currency across our African operations is handled cleanly. You need in house skills or a strong support contract to run it well. I would pick it again, but with open eyes.

Pros

Multi company and multi currency; accurate landed cost tracking.

Cons

Needs in house or partner skills.

Systems Administrator · Nelspruit Healthcare

1 August 2025

Healthcare · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 6–12 months

Not quite the experience we were sold

Smaller businesses will drown in capability they do not need. The rollout is measured in quarters, not weeks, and it costs real money. Think carefully before you commit.

Cons

The wrong partner nearly sank the project.

Based in Boksburg, serving clients across Gauteng. Once it was configured for our processes it models our supply chain properly.

Pros

Multi company and multi currency; handles genuine complexity; single view across branches.

Cons

Heavy implementation.

Production Manager · Kimberley Manufacturing

27 April 2026

Manufacturing · 500+ employees South Africa Used for Less than 6 months

Four stars, support costs it the fifth

Our business works across the Northern Cape from Kimberley. Every branch works in one system now, management sees a single set of numbers. We stay because switching is more effort than the niggles.

Pros

Single view across branches; finance, supply chain and production in one.
