Excellent platform with a few South African rough edges. The directory listing skews toward searchers looking for US firms. The practice management is fine for small firms and creaks for bigger ones.

After 2 years running the practice on it, the verdict is positive with caveats. Ledger is great but clients cannot touch it themselves, which surprises some of them. Training materials are current, free and structured enough to onboard staff with.

Transaction reclassification, journal templates and the audit trail make cleanups almost pleasant. VAT return preparation across clients follows the same rhythm every period, which juniors learn fast. It made our small firm feel like a big firm.
