The HR cases module gave employee queries a proper trail instead of corridor chats. Public holidays load per location, useful with our two country footprint. It does what systems triple its price do, adequately or better.

Configurable to a fault, literally. Configuration options sprawl until you map them, which takes weeks. Zoho One bundling made the whole suite cheaper than two specialist tools.
