Serving our Sandton operation well

The HR cases module gave employee queries a proper trail instead of corridor chats. Zoho One bundling made the whole suite cheaper than two specialist tools. The org chart stays live off the records themselves. Recommended, with a weekend of setup patience.

The price per head still feels like a mistake

It does a great deal, none of it glamorously. The attendance app occasionally logs field staff out at bad moments. Workflows route approvals along our actual hierarchy.

Exactly what our 40 person business needed

We pay less for 40 employees than one lunch meeting costs and the system does real HR. Timesheets flow into approvals without spreadsheet detours. It does what systems triple its price do, adequately or better.

Attendance exports feed our payroll without retyping. The API connected our access control clocks in a weekend of tinkering. The mobile app covers requests, approvals and payslip pickup from the HR folder. Our HR admin runs on pocket change and nobody believes me.
