It handles the basics well and the basics are most of it. There is no employment equity or skills reporting, that stays in spreadsheets. Approvals route to the right manager without anyone maintaining a diagram.

For the price of a lunch per month our people admin is simply handled. Leave balances calculate themselves and staff check the app instead of asking. Performance check ins are light but they happen, which beats heavy and skipped.
