Solid choice for our Gqeberha business

Our Sandton team and our remote hires get the same tidy experience. The perks platform adds small benefits we could never source ourselves. Review cycles are lightweight enough that managers complete them on time. The people admin burden lifted and stayed lifted.

Great at the startup stage, honest about not being more. Reporting is minimal, headcount and leave, do not expect analytics. Polls surface mood shifts before they become resignations.

Frustrating experience for our 28 person team

The product stayed a startup tool while we stopped being a startup. Basic attrition reporting had to be built by hand from exports. Feature requests received sympathy and no dates.

Disappointed after 2 years

For SA companies half the premium features are dead weight. The UK advice line cannot comment on the LRA and does not pretend to. We exported to a bigger platform and the migration was a weekend of CSVs.
