Mostly happy in Springs, a few gripes

After 2 years we are fond of it and shopping quietly. The HR advice add on answers UK employment law, which helps us not at all. Document storage means contracts stopped living in personal inboxes.

Good but not perfect for our Knysna team

Great at the startup stage, honest about not being more. Per head billing that was cute at ten people is a line item at forty.

Good but not perfect for our East London team

It does the essentials with charm and stops at the essentials. Reporting is minimal, headcount and leave, do not expect analytics.

Expected better, Pietermaritzburg customer

The product stayed a startup tool while we stopped being a startup. Basic attrition reporting had to be built by hand from exports. We exported to a bigger platform and the migration was a weekend of CSVs.

New starters complete their own onboarding before day one and arrive knowing where things live. Polls surface mood shifts before they become resignations. Recommended to every founder still doing HR from their inbox.

Our Boksburg startup finally has HR hygiene

Happy overall, with growing awareness of the ceiling. Custom workflows are not really a concept here. The perks platform adds small benefits we could never source ourselves.
