Our accountant in Pretoria recommended it, good call

Policies went from a dusty drive folder to published, read and acknowledged. It never demands attention, admin happens and gets out of the way. Perfect for the stage we are at, honestly priced for it too.

Good but not perfect for our Pietermaritzburg team

For simple people admin it works, for people strategy look elsewhere. There is no payroll and no ambition to add one. The profile pages make a distributed team feel less like email addresses.

We are a 35 person startup and Charlie does the people admin nobody was hired to do. Per person pricing scales down as well as up, which suited our early days. Light, friendly and quietly load bearing.

After 2 years we are fond of it and shopping quietly. There is no payroll and no ambition to add one. The HR advice add on answers UK employment law, which helps us not at all.
