Perfect for a team of 4 with no HR hire

For simple people admin it works, for people strategy look elsewhere. Per head billing that was cute at ten people is a line item at forty. Review cycles are lightweight enough that managers complete them on time.

Happy overall, with growing awareness of the ceiling. Reporting is minimal, headcount and leave, do not expect analytics. Onboarding checklists carry documents, equipment and intro tasks per role.

For SA companies half the premium features are dead weight. Basic attrition reporting had to be built by hand from exports.

Perfect for a team of 28 with no HR hire

We are a 28 person startup and Charlie does the people admin nobody was hired to do. Time off balances show in Slack where the team already lives. The profile pages make a distributed team feel less like email addresses. Recommended to every founder still doing HR from their inbox.
