Doing the job for us in Ballito

We are a 4 person startup and Charlie does the people admin nobody was hired to do. The profile pages make a distributed team feel less like email addresses.

Solid choice for our Potchefstroom business

New starters complete their own onboarding before day one and arrive knowing where things live. The perks platform adds small benefits we could never source ourselves.

Time off requests route correctly and payday stopped involving leave archaeology. Per person pricing scales down as well as up, which suited our early days.

For simple people admin it works, for people strategy look elsewhere. Per head billing that was cute at ten people is a line item at forty. It never demands attention, admin happens and gets out of the way.

It does the essentials with charm and stops at the essentials. There is no payroll and no ambition to add one.
