Nice product, per head cost creeps

For simple people admin it works, for people strategy look elsewhere. SA public holidays and leave types needed manual setup.

Nice product whose price creeps up with every hire. Performance tooling is nudges and forms, not a framework. The perks platform adds small benefits we could never source ourselves.

Solid choice for our Centurion business

We are a 4 person startup and Charlie does the people admin nobody was hired to do. Onboarding checklists carry documents, equipment and intro tasks per role. Per person pricing scales down as well as up, which suited our early days.
