Expected better, Richards Bay customer

Every process debate became a ClickUp configuration debate. We moved the team to something with fewer options and more calm. Views multiplied until nobody knew which was true.

3 years in and still happy

The dashboard replaced our Monday status meeting outright. The Gantt and timeline views satisfy the planners without a separate tool. Recommended, with a proper setup week budgeted.

Our whole Pietermaritzburg agency runs inside it

Powerful software with a sprawl instinct. New staff need a proper onboarding, this is not intuitive software. Recurring tasks run our operational drumbeat reliably.

Deep, flexible and occasionally overwhelming. Notification defaults bury people until tuned. The Gantt and timeline views satisfy the planners without a separate tool.

The free plan is embarrassingly generous

After 2 years the workspace has absorbed every process we have thrown at it. Whiteboards turn workshop scribbles into tasks in the same session. The import from our old tool preserved years of history.
