Good decision for a 15 person company

The mobile app updates deals from the parking lot, which is where sales actually happens. The API let us wire our website forms straight into stage one. Email templates keep follow ups consistent across the whole team. The benchmark sales CRM for a reason.

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. Features migrate up tiers at rename time, our renewal needed a careful read.

Good but not perfect for our Midrand team

It does the one thing perfectly and resists doing more. The rand price moves with the exchange rate and the annual increases compound it. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.
