Decent fit for a 5 person company

Excellent at pipeline, ordinary at everything around it. The rand price moves with the exchange rate and the annual increases compound it.

We track about 10 live deals and the Monday meeting runs straight off the board. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.

Our WhatsApp gateway feeds conversations straight onto deals, very South African and very useful. Reports show win rate by rep and by source, the two arguments that matter. If your sales live in spreadsheets, this is the intervention.

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. Email sync occasionally duplicates threads after password changes. There is no ticketing or service side, mixed teams need a second tool.

It does the one thing perfectly and resists doing more. Automation counts are capped per tier and we hit the cap in month two. Email templates keep follow ups consistent across the whole team.
