A quiet workhorse for 4 years now

My reps resisted three CRMs before this one and adopted Pipedrive inside a fortnight. Support chat answered our workflow question with a video of our own setup.

Good but not perfect for our Centurion team

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. There is no ticketing or service side, mixed teams need a second tool. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.

5 years in and still happy

Won deals get analysed now because the data is actually in the system. The scheduler ended the six email meeting arrangement dance. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.

Good product whose tier ladder keeps stretching upward. The AI features feel bolted on rather than useful so far. Xero integration pushes won deals toward invoicing without retyping.

Our WhatsApp gateway feeds conversations straight onto deals, very South African and very useful. The visual pipeline shows bottlenecks before the quarter exposes them. Adoption is the hard part of CRM and this one solves it.
