Solid choice for our Midrand business

Setup took two afternoons including importing years of contact chaos. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved. Our revenue per rep says everything the review needs to.

Mostly happy in Richards Bay, a few gripes

Excellent at pipeline, ordinary at everything around it. Reporting beyond the sales basics means exports or add ons.

Serving our Pietermaritzburg operation well

After 2 years the pipeline is still the first tab open every morning. The visual pipeline shows bottlenecks before the quarter exposes them. The automation builder is genuinely usable by a sales manager, no consultant needed.

A quiet workhorse for 7 years now

The mobile app updates deals from the parking lot, which is where sales actually happens. The scheduler ended the six email meeting arrangement dance. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.

It suits pure sales teams and we stopped being one. The tier rename moved our must have feature and the renewal quote jumped.

Good but not perfect for our Pretoria team

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. The AI features feel bolted on rather than useful so far. Every deal carries a next activity, and the system nags until it happens.

Good but not perfect for our Roodepoort team

We love the product and flinch at the dollar debit order. Features migrate up tiers at rename time, our renewal needed a careful read. The rand price moves with the exchange rate and the annual increases compound it.

Exactly what our 7 person business needed

Our WhatsApp gateway feeds conversations straight onto deals, very South African and very useful. Rotting deals change colour, which triggers exactly the right awkward questions.

Every feature we needed lived one tier up, every time. The tier rename moved our must have feature and the renewal quote jumped. Two support chats closed with links to articles that missed the point.
