Good software with an identity somewhere between accounting package and junior ERP. Support at this tier is better, but complex questions still bounce between agents.

It solved our reporting problem and introduced a budgeting one. Some Advanced features clearly ship for the US first and arrive here months later. Reports we used to build manually every month now refresh themselves on schedule.

For a finance team of 8 people the permission granularity is the difference between order and chaos. VAT stays correct through the automation, the batch invoicing, all of it. The workflow builder is genuinely usable by a finance person, no consultant needed. Expensive until you compare it with the alternatives, then suddenly cheap.
