Very capable, occasionally frustrating, never boring. Bank feeds work most of the time, and the exceptions always pick VAT week. Month end became a checklist instead of an expedition.

The interface is the best in the category and that matters more than people admit, because staff actually use it. The audit log answers who changed what, which settled more than one office debate. The accountant access is free and our accountant already knew the product well. It is the product the others are measured against for a reason.

Excellent software wearing a few American assumptions. VAT at 15% flows through invoicing, bills and reports without special handling.

The product deserves five stars, the SA experience takes one back. Reports are deep but the defaults need localising before the auditors see them.
