Good decision for a 5 person company

The org chart alone justified it to our MD. Leave liability reporting made our year end provision calculation trivial. Start with core and leave, you will add more soon enough.

After 2 years on it we are satisfied rather than delighted. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. The 30 day trial with our real org chart is what convinced the exco.

Doing okay for our 35 person setup

Solid for people admin, thin for people strategy. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to. Recruitment at a flat R1,850 a month worked out cheaper than one agency placement fee.

The modular approach saved us from suite bloat

Happy overall, though a few promised features are still promises. Public holiday handling needed manual setup for the SA calendar. New employee self onboarding collects the tax number and bank details before day one.

Perfect size for a growing Bloemfontein company

For a Johannesburg company of our size the pricing calculator made the decision easy. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping. The 30 day trial with our real org chart is what convinced the exco.

The core experience is great and the edges are rough. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel.

No complaints after 5 years

Onboarding used to be a pile of forms, now new starters arrive with everything done. The mobile app is where our staff live and it does the essentials well. Approval workflows mean nothing waits for someone who is on leave themselves. The staff like it, the managers like it, the accountant likes the price.
