Decent fit for a 22 person company

It fits us today, I wonder about us in three years. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel. The announcements feature replaced the notice board nobody read.

Doing the job for us in Randburg

Expenses claims go through the app with the slip photographed on the spot. Approval workflows mean nothing waits for someone who is on leave themselves.

Perfect size for a growing Mossel Bay company

Happy overall, though a few promised features are still promises. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to. It speaks to Slack so approvals happen where the team already talks.

Exactly what our 12 person business needed

My directors see headcount, leave liability and birthdays without asking me. Leave liability reporting made our year end provision calculation trivial. Leave rules handle our BCEA minimums fine once set up properly.

Good but not perfect for our Roodepoort team

Solid for people admin, thin for people strategy. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. Reports export cleanly when the auditors or the department ask questions.

Working well for our 25 person team

We hired through the recruitment module and the pipeline view kept everyone honest. The 30 day trial with our real org chart is what convinced the exco. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping. Exactly the right amount of system for a company our size.

The recruitment price makes no sense for small firms

Support could not answer basic questions about SA leave law setups. The offline experience is nothing, no signal on site means no approvals. Our disciplinary process needed documentation the system simply cannot hold properly.
