Mostly happy in Knysna, a few gripes

Happy, with an asterisk about reporting. Marketing features are absent by design, we pair it with Mailchimp. No quoting or invoicing, deals hand over to the accounting system manually.

Mostly happy in Johannesburg, a few gripes

Great at the basics, and the basics are most of what we need. Most. Custom reporting means exporting to a spreadsheet, always. Workflow automation on the Growth plan moved deals along without meetings about it.

After the Salesforce quote made us laugh, Capsule made us productive. Zapier connects it to everything else we run. It loads fast, every screen, every time, which matters more than features.
