A lovely product that is honest about its limits. Duplicate handling could be smarter when imports collide. Tags and custom fields cover our segmentation without a consultant.

Good but not perfect for our Umhlanga team

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. Automation only arrives on the Growth tier, the Starter plan is manual.
