After 7 years it still does exactly what we bought it for, no bloat crept in. Tasks chase people politely, which is more than I ever managed. Workflow automation on the Growth plan moved deals along without meetings about it.

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. No quoting or invoicing, deals hand over to the accounting system manually. The dollar billing moves with the rand and some months you feel it.
