It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. Duplicate handling could be smarter when imports collide. Reports tell us win rates and pipeline value, the two numbers we actually watch.

Working well for our 40 person team

Follow up tasks pop up exactly when they should and deals stopped going quiet. Email templates keep our follow ups consistent without sounding canned. Simple, quick, cheap and completely sufficient.

We like it a lot and still keep a wishlist. Custom reporting means exporting to a spreadsheet, always. Reporting is basic, win rate and pipeline value, do not expect analytics.

A lovely product that is honest about its limits. Duplicate handling could be smarter when imports collide. Tasks chase people politely, which is more than I ever managed.
