Still glad we chose it, 2 years later

My sales guy resisted every CRM for a decade and adopted this one unprompted. Tasks chase people politely, which is more than I ever managed. Reports tell us win rates and pipeline value, the two numbers we actually watch.

Decent fit for a 4 person company

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. Automation only arrives on the Growth tier, the Starter plan is manual. Email templates keep our follow ups consistent without sounding canned.

Follow ups stopped falling through cracks

Good CRM for the money, even with the exchange rate reminding us monthly. Reporting is basic, win rate and pipeline value, do not expect analytics. The mobile app pulls up a client's whole history in the parking lot before a meeting.
