Our Richards Bay office gave up on it

It suited us at five people and strained at twenty. The API rate limits fought our integration ambitions.

Clean, fast and zero bloat

Simple is the feature and occasionally the frustration. Automation only arrives on the Growth tier, the Starter plan is manual. Contacts, notes, emails and deals sit on one screen per client.

Pipeline a whole team adopts unprompted; tasks that chase follow ups

Reporting is deliberately basic

Great at the basics, and the basics are most of what we need. Most. Marketing features are absent by design, we pair it with Mailchimp.

Mostly happy in Centurion, a few gripes

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. No quoting or invoicing, deals hand over to the accounting system manually. Zapier connects it to everything else we run.

We track about 8 live opportunities and the board never feels crowded. Support answered our import question the same day with an actual answer. Tags and custom fields cover our segmentation without a consultant.

Good but not perfect for our Centurion team

After 2 years it fits us, though we have stretched a seam or two. The free tier's 250 contact cap arrives quicker than you expect. Workflow automation on the Growth plan moved deals along without meetings about it.
