Good CRM for the money, even with the exchange rate reminding us monthly. Automation only arrives on the Growth tier, the Starter plan is manual. Tags and custom fields cover our segmentation without a consultant.

Let us down when it counted

The reporting ceiling ended an otherwise happy relationship. We rebuilt the same pipeline report in Excel every Monday.

Good decision for a 9 person company

After 2 years it still does exactly what we bought it for, no bloat crept in. Workflow automation on the Growth plan moved deals along without meetings about it.

Simple on purpose and better for it

After 4 years it still does exactly what we bought it for, no bloat crept in. Tasks chase people politely, which is more than I ever managed. It does the ninety percent that matters and skips the noise.

The CRM my team actually opens every day

A lovely product that is honest about its limits. No quoting or invoicing, deals hand over to the accounting system manually. Zapier connects it to everything else we run.

Good CRM for the money, even with the exchange rate reminding us monthly. Reporting is basic, win rate and pipeline value, do not expect analytics.

After the Salesforce quote made us laugh, Capsule made us productive. The mobile app pulls up a client's whole history in the parking lot before a meeting. Email templates keep our follow ups consistent without sounding canned.
