Finally a pipeline without a training course

Simple is the feature and occasionally the frustration. Custom reporting means exporting to a spreadsheet, always. It loads fast, every screen, every time, which matters more than features.

Doing okay for our 5 person setup

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. Duplicate handling could be smarter when imports collide. Tags and custom fields cover our segmentation without a consultant.

We like it a lot and still keep a wishlist. Reporting is basic, win rate and pipeline value, do not expect analytics. Pipeline milestones match our sales process because we set them in five minutes.

Mixed feelings after 6 years

It does less than the big platforms and mostly that is the point. The free tier's 250 contact cap arrives quicker than you expect. Support answered our import question the same day with an actual answer.

After the Salesforce quote made us laugh, Capsule made us productive. The mobile app pulls up a client's whole history in the parking lot before a meeting.
