Deep, flexible and occasionally overwhelming. Dollar billing plus rand budgets, the usual arithmetic. The API and Zapier cover our edge case integrations.

The per user price at Business tier beats every comparable stack we costed. Goals connect to the tasks that move them, so progress is real. It rewards the investment more every quarter.

After 10 years we love it and still find corners. Notification defaults bury people until tuned. Too many ways to do the same thing without governance.
