Deep product that demands a champion

Deep, flexible and occasionally overwhelming. New staff need a proper onboarding, this is not intuitive software.

Enormously capable and it makes you earn it. Too many ways to do the same thing without governance. The AI add on costs extra and earns it only sometimes.

The dashboard replaced our Monday status meeting outright. Goals connect to the tasks that move them, so progress is real. The best rand per feature ratio in the category.

The everything app delivers most things and demands attention. The mobile apps trail the desktop by a real margin. The Gantt and timeline views satisfy the planners without a separate tool.

Custom fields for everything we track

We cancelled three tools the quarter after moving our 40 person agency in. Custom fields carry budgets, stages and approvals per task without plugins.
