Financial Services · 11–50 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Decent fit for a 15 person company

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. The rand price moves with the exchange rate and the annual increases compound it. Support chat answered our workflow question with a video of our own setup.

Pros

Forecasts grounded in real stages

Cons

Features migrate up tiers over time

Good decision for a 45 person company

Automation sends our follow ups and books the next activity before the rep forgets. Email templates keep follow ups consistent across the whole team. The pipeline discipline paid for the subscription many times over.

Pros

Forecasts grounded in real stages

Cons

Dollar billing breathes with the rand

Happy customer in Randburg

The forecast view gave our cash flow planning numbers we finally trust. Reports show win rate by rep and by source, the two arguments that matter. It made our small team sell like a bigger one.

Pros

Rotting deal indicators; clean API for website leads

Cons

Reporting beyond sales is thin

Our accountant in Cape Town recommended it, good call

Setup took two afternoons including importing years of contact chaos. The benchmark sales CRM for a reason.

Pros

Email sync with templates; mobile app built for the road

Cons

Automation caps per tier

Doing okay for our 30 person setup

We love the product and flinch at the dollar debit order. The AI features feel bolted on rather than useful so far. Rotting deals change colour, which triggers exactly the right awkward questions.

Pros

Xero connection for won deals

Cons

Automation caps per tier

Doing the job for us in Mossel Bay

The activity discipline is the whole product: every deal shows its next step or shames you. Xero integration pushes won deals toward invoicing without retyping. It made our small team sell like a bigger one.

Cons

Dollar billing breathes with the rand

Working well for our 5 person team

Automation sends our follow ups and books the next activity before the rep forgets. The visual pipeline shows bottlenecks before the quarter exposes them. It made our small team sell like a bigger one.

Pros

WhatsApp gateway integrations

Mostly happy in Randburg, a few gripes

Excellent at pipeline, ordinary at everything around it. The AI features feel bolted on rather than useful so far. Imports are forgiving, our messy spreadsheet went in cleaner than it deserved.

Our Polokwane agency sells with discipline now

Our WhatsApp gateway feeds conversations straight onto deals, very South African and very useful. Every deal carries a next activity, and the system nags until it happens.
