5 years in and still happy

The class tracking lets us report our consulting and training divisions separately from one set of books. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment. Five stars, and I do not hand those out easily.

Our accountant in Polokwane recommended it, good call

Our two branches each run as a location and the owner sees them side by side. Budgets against actuals per class made our monthly management meeting actually useful. Value for money is the best in the whole lineup.

The upgrade that actually upgraded things

After 7 years on this plan I still have not found the thing it cannot handle at our size. The jump in capability over Essentials is far bigger than the jump in price.

Good but not perfect for our Johannesburg team

Great tier, though the total cost creeps up on you. The feed hiccupped twice this year and stock purchases had to be matched by hand. The price is fair but the annual increases arrive reliably.

The plan our Potchefstroom agency should have started on

Our accountant pushed us up to Plus for the budgets and she was right. Our Nedbank feed feeds all of it, and reconciling takes minutes. Budgets against actuals per class made our monthly management meeting actually useful.

Moved our retail shop onto it in February and the stockholding number finally means something.

Exactly what our 45 person business needed

Our two branches each run as a location and the owner sees them side by side. Purchase orders convert to bills when the stock arrives, one flow from order to payment. VAT stays right through all of it, stock purchases, project invoicing, everything at 15%. Five stars, and I do not hand those out easily.

Serving our eMalahleni operation well

Purchase orders to our suppliers now come out of the system instead of WhatsApp messages. Low stock alerts are set per item and they fire early enough to reorder in time. For an agency or contractor it is close to perfect.

Good but not perfect for our Pietermaritzburg team

The features are all here, some are deeper than others. The project reports are good but you cannot customise them much at this tier. Some inventory workflows clearly assume US sales tax rather than VAT and need care.

The customer favourite label is earned

Very capable software that asks for a proper setup effort first. Inventory has no serial numbers, no batches and no multiple warehouses, know that going in.

Happy after 5 years, with a wishlist that never shrinks. Setup with opening stock balances took a full weekend and one consultation.

Happy customer in Stellenbosch

I manage 30 active projects at any time and each one shows its own profit line. Everything the sales rep quotes on the road is visible to the office in real time. Value for money is the best in the whole lineup.

Support knows invoicing well and inventory barely. We asked support about negative stock and got three contradictory answers.
