We got audited last year and pulling the records took minutes, not days. The 30 day trial costs you nothing, start there like I did.

Great fit for a small Somerset West business

As a Mossel Bay based business we wanted something local and this delivered. Once the customer list was imported the rest of setup was quick. Statements go out to all customers in one run at month end. Solid product, solid support, fair rand pricing.

Simple, local and it just works

Took me a weekend to set up and I was invoicing by the Monday. Adding my admin lady as a second user cost R75 a month, which felt fair. We will be staying put for the foreseeable future.

Great fit for a small Durban business

Came from Xero for the local support and it has been a fair trade. The bank feed dropped for about a week in April and I had to import statements manually. Recurring invoices run themselves on the first of the month, I do not touch them.

Great fit for a small Mbombela business

After 3 years on it I can say the product has only gotten better. It handles our small stock list fine and warns us when items run low. You can see profit per month at a glance, which changed how I price jobs.

Does everything my 15 person business needs

We are happy on it for the basics but we have started bumping into its ceiling. Support is friendly when you reach them but the queue can be long at month end. Debtors reports show me exactly who owes what before I make the awkward phone calls.

Solid for invoicing and VAT, less convincing once stock gets involved. Multi currency costs extra, which stung when we landed our first Namibian client.
