Good value, as long as your needs match the modules. The performance module is functional but rigid, our competency model did not quite fit. Documents get signed digitally, contracts and policies included.

Good value, as long as your needs match the modules. Reporting is lists and exports rather than real dashboards. The 30 day trial with our real org chart is what convinced the exco.

We like it, with the usual caveats of a young product. Custom fields help, but deeper policy logic just is not configurable. Workflows adapt to how we actually work rather than forcing a process on us.
