For the recruitment module price I expected far more than a pipeline board. Our disciplinary process needed documentation the system simply cannot hold properly.

Very good at the basics, still maturing on the advanced side. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel. It speaks to Slack so approvals happen where the team already talks.

It does leave and records brilliantly and analytics barely. The performance module is functional but rigid, our competency model did not quite fit. Reports export cleanly when the auditors or the department ask questions.

We like it, with the usual caveats of a young product. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel.

Good value, as long as your needs match the modules. The performance module is functional but rigid, our competency model did not quite fit. Custom fields help, but deeper policy logic just is not configurable.
