It sits next to our Sage payroll and the two behave like one system. New employee self onboarding collects the tax number and bank details before day one.

My directors see headcount, leave liability and birthdays without asking me. Support responded to our setup questions within a day, with actual answers.

Decent fit for a 8 person company

Good value, as long as your needs match the modules. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to. The announcements feature replaced the notice board nobody read.

HR files out of the filing cabinet at last

After 2 years on it we are satisfied rather than delighted. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel. Leave liability reporting made our year end provision calculation trivial.

Good but not perfect for our Centurion team

It fits us today, I wonder about us in three years. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel. It speaks to Slack so approvals happen where the team already talks.

Happy customer in Vereeniging

Expenses claims go through the app with the slip photographed on the spot. Leave rules handle our BCEA minimums fine once set up properly. Would choose it again tomorrow.

Mostly happy in Springs, a few gripes

It does leave and records brilliantly and analytics barely. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping.

For a Midrand company of our size the pricing calculator made the decision easy. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping.

No complaints after 7 years

The shift schedule for the shop floor went digital and the disputes stopped. Leave liability reporting made our year end provision calculation trivial. Workflows adapt to how we actually work rather than forcing a process on us. It grew our HR maturity a level without a consultant in sight.

Left after a year of waiting for features

Support could not answer basic questions about SA leave law setups. Our disciplinary process needed documentation the system simply cannot hold properly.

HR admin for 12 staff without an HR department

Leave used to live in a spreadsheet nobody trusted, now nobody argues about balances. Recruitment at a flat R1,850 a month worked out cheaper than one agency placement fee. Highly recommended if you are drowning in leave forms.

For the recruitment module price I expected far more than a pipeline board. The offline experience is nothing, no signal on site means no approvals.

Good but not perfect for our Pretoria team

After 4 years on it we are satisfied rather than delighted. Reporting is lists and exports rather than real dashboards. The mobile app needs a refresh, it logs people out at random.
