Solid for people admin, thin for people strategy. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to.

Happy customer in Gqeberha

As the office manager, HR admin used to eat a third of my week. Not anymore. The 30 day trial with our real org chart is what convinced the exco. New employee self onboarding collects the tax number and bank details before day one. Our HR admin finally feels like a solved problem.

Decent fit for a 40 person company

It does leave and records brilliantly and analytics barely. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to.

Org chart and approvals out of the box; timesheets and expenses in the same app

Mostly happy in Kimberley, a few gripes

It fits us today, I wonder about us in three years. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel.

Doing okay for our 75 person setup

It fits us today, I wonder about us in three years. The performance module is functional but rigid, our competency model did not quite fit. It speaks to Slack so approvals happen where the team already talks.

Good but not perfect for our Mbombela team

Happy overall, though a few promised features are still promises. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. Approval workflows mean nothing waits for someone who is on leave themselves.

After 2 years on it we are satisfied rather than delighted. The modules each cost a little, and together they cost more than you noticed agreeing to. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel.

Sits naturally beside Sage payroll; slack and Google Workspace integrations

Mobile app has logout quirks

Happy customer in Polokwane

We are 5 employees with no HR person and this basically is our HR person. Support responded to our setup questions within a day, with actual answers. Recruitment at a flat R1,850 a month worked out cheaper than one agency placement fee.

Analytics are basic, exports do the heavy lifting

Support sits overseas and it shows

Costs crept module by module until the total stopped making sense. The EE and skills development reporting gap is a real problem for SA companies our size.

For a Stellenbosch company of our size the pricing calculator made the decision easy. New employee self onboarding collects the tax number and bank details before day one. Exactly the right amount of system for a company our size.

Solid choice for our Kimberley business

The self service app was adopted faster than any system we have introduced. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping. It grew our HR maturity a level without a consultant in sight.

Doing the job for us in George

We hired through the recruitment module and the pipeline view kept everyone honest. Leave rules handle our BCEA minimums fine once set up properly. Exactly the right amount of system for a company our size.

We rolled it out in April and by the next month the paper forms were gone. Our HR admin finally feels like a solved problem.

Expected better, Johannesburg customer

For the recruitment module price I expected far more than a pipeline board. The EE and skills development reporting gap is a real problem for SA companies our size. The offline experience is nothing, no signal on site means no approvals.
