Solid for people admin, thin for people strategy. The performance module is functional but rigid, our competency model did not quite fit. Approval workflows mean nothing waits for someone who is on leave themselves.

The core experience is great and the edges are rough. Support is offshore and the time zone gap slows conversations down. We added the performance module for R14 a head and reviews stopped slipping.

It handles simple HR, and our HR stopped being simple. The EE and skills development reporting gap is a real problem for SA companies our size. Exports became our workaround for everything, which defeats the point.
