After 3 years on it we are satisfied rather than delighted. Reporting is lists and exports rather than real dashboards.

It does leave and records brilliantly and analytics barely. Employment equity reporting is not built in, we still do that in Excel.

The core experience is great and the edges are rough. Custom fields help, but deeper policy logic just is not configurable. Recruitment at a flat R1,850 a month worked out cheaper than one agency placement fee.
