Does the statutory heavy lifting well and the everyday conveniences poorly. Moving between the licence tiers is a bigger price jump than headcount justifies. Termination payouts with leave encashment calculate correctly first time.

We sat without working payroll for three days in October and support could not help. The export to e@syFile failed with vague errors that support could not decode. One corrupt period file cost us a weekend of restores.

For the renewal price I expect far more than this. The February queue for support means your year end problem waits behind everyone else's.
