18 January 2026

Construction · 51–200 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Good decision for a 95 person company

After 2 years the system knows our factory better than some of our staff. Import costing spreads duties and freight properly across landed stock. Our factory would not run without it, simple as that.

Pros

SQL base open to Power BI

Cons

Industrial interface, real learning curve

Powerful, with a learning curve to respect

Right tool for our plant, with honest overheads. Office side functions like CRM feel like guests in a factory system.

Cons

Upgrades are projects

Doing okay for our 60 person setup

Strong where it matters, dated where it shows. Customisations serve us well and complicate every upgrade. The training academy meant our new planner arrived already competent.

Cons

Office side modules feel secondary

Exactly what our 110 person business needed

Demand planning trimmed our safety stock without a single stockout. Warehouse management keeps our two DCs honest to the unit. For SA manufacturers this is the serious local answer.

Cons

Customisations complicate upgrades

Agriculture · 201–500 employees South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Exactly what our 420 person business needed

The local pedigree matters: our feature request reached people who could ship it. Financials sit native, no interface file between the floor and the ledger. Our factory would not run without it, simple as that.

Pros

Shop floor capture kills paper

Mostly happy in Cape Town, a few gripes

After 7 years we respect it deeply and curse it occasionally.

Agriculture South Africa Used for 1–2 years

Mostly happy in East London, a few gripes

The capability is real and so is the learning curve. The interface is industrial, younger staff take time to warm to it. WIP tracking ended the month end guess about half finished stock.

Cons

Upgrades are projects

From plan to dispatch in one system

Support answers in our time zone from people who know factories. The scheduling board shows the floor what reality allows, not what sales dreamed.

Solid choice for our Sandton business

Shop floor capture killed the paper travellers and the arguments they caused. Import costing spreads duties and freight properly across landed stock. Recommended to every manufacturer who asks, and they ask.
