Superb for UK work, obviously nothing local

We love the product and squint at the new pricing model. Support waits stretched during the transition rush. Automatic cloud backups ended the desktop backup discipline problem.

Pros

Polished payslip layouts

Cons

History migration needs checking

Happy customer in Pietermaritzburg

RTI submissions file to HMRC on time, every period, without ceremony. Support turnaround on a technical statutory question was under an hour. The awards on their website are earned, we would add one.

From three clients to 30, same software

RTI submissions file to HMRC on time, every period, without ceremony. HMRC recognition means submissions just work, no middleware, no prayers. If you serve UK clients from SA, this is the standard for a reason.

Mostly happy in Mossel Bay, a few gripes

Excellent for UK work, and obviously it does nothing for SA payrolls. Journal exports post into Xero and FreeAgent for the clients on cloud books.

Our UK clients' employees get payslips through the app and the queries dried up. HMRC recognition means submissions just work, no middleware, no prayers. Payslip layouts are polished enough that clients notice the upgrade. Our bureau would not run without it.
