After 3 years the price to feature ratio still embarrasses the big names. Imports handled our duplicate ridden spreadsheet with grace. It does the ninety percent brilliantly at half the usual price.

Good decision for a 20 person company

For the Growth price we got features our old CRM sold as three add ons. Email tracking shows opens so follow ups land at the right moment. Rand for rand the strongest CRM bundle we evaluated.

Expected better, Roodepoort customer

The depth we needed was one menu deep and missing. The dialler dropped calls on our fibre and diagnostics went nowhere. We exported cleanly at least, and moved on.
