A quiet workhorse for 5 years now

The mobile app updates deals from the parking lot, which is where sales actually happens. The automation builder is genuinely usable by a sales manager, no consultant needed. Five stars from a team that hates admin.

Switched from spreadsheets in June and our follow up rate roughly doubled. The API let us wire our website forms straight into stage one. The benchmark sales CRM for a reason.

Good product whose tier ladder keeps stretching upward. Email sync occasionally duplicates threads after password changes. Reporting beyond the sales basics means exports or add ons.

The core is superb and the extras are priced like they know it. Marketing needs a separate product entirely.

Good but not perfect for our Paarl team

Great sales tool, just understand that is the whole scope. Marketing needs a separate product entirely. The rand price moves with the exchange rate and the annual increases compound it.

Every feature we needed lived one tier up, every time. The tier rename moved our must have feature and the renewal quote jumped.
