Our Rustenburg agency runs its whole admin on this

My bookkeeper, my partner and I all work in the books at the same time without stepping on each other. Time entries land against customers so nothing billable slips through anymore. Bills capture quickly and the due date view tells me exactly what Monday's payment run looks like.

Exactly what our 5 person business needed

Our Pretoria studio has run on it for 2 years and the admin has never been tighter. The multiple currency support tracks exchange gains and losses properly, which our old system never did.

Our accountant in Vanderbijlpark recommended it, good call

Switched from a desktop package in July and the cloud move was less painful than feared. Recurring bills for rent and insurance post themselves every month. Reports cover the essentials well: aged creditors, aged debtors, profit and loss by month. Recommended, especially if foreign invoices are part of your life.

A quiet workhorse for 4 years now

Switched from a desktop package in August and the cloud move was less painful than feared. Payment scheduling means suppliers get paid on terms, not when someone remembers. The AI cleanup flags weird transactions before they become reconciliation archaeology.

Expected better, Pretoria customer

For the price jump over the entry plan I expected more than bills and a seat count. Chat support contradicted the help article and neither matched the actual screen.

Exactly what our 15 person business needed

Supplier invoices used to live in an email folder called Pay These. Now they live in the system with due dates. The upgrade from Simple Start kept every scrap of history, flip a switch and the features appear.

Three seats plus free accountant access is honestly generous at this price. For a service business with suppliers to pay, this is the right plan.

Mixed feelings after 6 years

After 6 years we know its strengths and work around its gaps. The bank feed needed reconnecting three times this year, always at busy moments.

Working well for our 35 person team

My bookkeeper, my partner and I all work in the books at the same time without stepping on each other. Invoices in foreign currencies show the client their currency and show us rand.

Frustrating experience for our 18 person team

Our feed issues landed in the worst weeks both times. Part payments against dollar invoices created rounding differences our accountant had to journal away.

2 years in and still happy

It does what the tier promises, though the tier promises carefully. Support chat is fine for simple questions and out of its depth past that. Support solved our multi currency setup question in one chat session, credit where due.

Good value with an asterisk or two. The three user limit is fine until the fourth person joins the office. Recurring bills for rent and insurance post themselves every month.

It does what the tier promises, though the tier promises carefully. Some settings pages clearly assume an American business and need translating. Support solved our multi currency setup question in one chat session, credit where due.

Decent fit for a 7 person company

After 2 years we know its strengths and work around its gaps. Multi currency works but rounding on part payments needs watching. Reports are decent but project level profit lives one expensive tier up.

Good but not perfect for our Potchefstroom team

Fine software, but the upgrade nudges toward Plus are constant. No stock at this level, so our small product line lives in a spreadsheet next to it. The multiple currency support tracks exchange gains and losses properly, which our old system never did.
