The essentials are here, some of the conveniences are not. The bank feed needed reconnecting three times this year, always at busy moments.

Fine software, but the upgrade nudges toward Plus are constant. The three user limit is fine until the fourth person joins the office. Support chat is fine for simple questions and out of its depth past that.

Our eMalahleni agency runs its whole admin on this

The time entry feature means our hourly billing finally matches the hours we actually work. Our accountant reviews everything remotely and quarter end became a non event. The middle plan is the sweet spot for most small firms, ours included.

We chose it over the cheaper plan for the bill management and have never second guessed it. Bills capture quickly and the due date view tells me exactly what Monday's payment run looks like. It quietly runs our whole back office.
