Our accountant in East London recommended it, good call

Receipt capture on the mobile app means our reps' expenses arrive categorised, not crumpled. The app marketplace connected our store, our payment gateway and our CRM without a consultant.

Categorisation AI is quietly brilliant

Recurring invoices, automatic reminders and payment links quietly improved our cash flow. Bank transactions from Standard Bank arrive overnight and the matching suggestions are usually right. Support chat resolved our setup questions quickly in the first month. Five years from now I expect we will still be here.

Happy customer in Ballito

We compared everything on the market and QuickBooks won on reporting alone. Every update just appears, no version upgrades, no reinstalls, no consultants. Would make the same choice again tomorrow.

Happy customer in Roodepoort

The AI categorisation handles the bulk of our transactions before anyone looks at them. The app marketplace connected our store, our payment gateway and our CRM without a consultant. The books run themselves now, mostly.

Good decision for a 35 person company

The VAT figures reconcile to the cent against what we file with SARS. The custom reports run themselves on schedule and land in the right inboxes.

A world class product that sometimes forgets which country it is in. The price has climbed every year and the promo to full price jump surprises people. The accountant access is free and our accountant already knew the product well.

Excellent software wearing a few American assumptions. Reports are deep but the defaults need localising before the auditors see them. The price has climbed every year and the promo to full price jump surprises people.

The localisation gaps compound the longer you use it. The billing jumped after the promo and the notice was easy to miss.

Our whole finance rhythm runs through it

Our bookkeeper cut her monthly hours on our file almost in half after the switch. Quotes, invoices and statements all carry our branding properly. VAT at 15% flows through invoicing, bills and reports without special handling.

Our Upington office gave up on it

The software is polished but our feed problems never fully went away. The Nedbank feed dropped in May and support treated it as routine.

Expected better, Benoni customer

Support failed us at the two moments that mattered most. Duplicate transactions from a feed reconnect polluted a whole VAT period. The billing jumped after the promo and the notice was easy to miss.
